Research Of XiKang Second-line X Cost Control Management

Project management is a branch of management science disciplines, and cost control of project management is an important research direction. Railway is a major construction projects related to people’s livelihood, and their development directly related to the development of the national economy and transportation capacity improvement. In addition, the railway engineering itself has the characteristics of high investment cost, high impact factor and low market degree. The cost control of the railway project is more obvious than other construction projects. Therefore, study on the method of cost control of railway engineering project has important significance.This paper based on XiKang second-line X, through the research of the current situation of railway engineering cost control and the analysis of the current cost control mode, principle and control process, leads to the question of project risk assessment inadequate, cost responsibility is unclear, insufficient marketing process, lack of cost control management information. At the same time, the paper based on analyzing the formation cause of the problem, puts forward the optimization cost control mode of the specific implementation, design cost control optimization of general principles, ideas and methods, and through the whole process of project control, i.e. the construction preparation stage, project implementation stage, completion acceptance stage three phase control and to optimize the design of the focus and the specific methods, to achieve the ultimate goal of cost control optimization. Then formulate the cost control management of examination an evaluation system. Finally, around the XiKang second-line X blocks the concrete scheme of cost control optimization, from the institutional safeguard, system guarantee, talent guarantee, cultural protection four aspects to describe relevant supporting measures, to ensure the cost control optimization of the final effect.In this article, its aims to focus on controlling the cost of XiKang second-line X section and designing general optimization methods and ideas,while proposing the specific optimization emphases and measures. In order to reduce unreasonable cost in each stage of the process of project, raise the level of project management and the overall economy benefits.
