The trust industry in our country gradually grow up, but, distance of the trust of the internationalization of professional companies, trust companies in China is still a gap. Although trust in China also operates a variety of business, but the real estate trust occupies a large proportion, having nothing to do with the development of the real estate market in our country, to become the important source of income for some company at the same time, also along with the market change and added some risk. Whether for enterprise or related products in the future investors, it is necessary to master the business model and monomer project risk.Paper through to the Chang’an international Trust co., LTD. The study found that the risk of Chang’an trust real estate trust business includes:project risk, liquidity risk, credit risk. The factors that cause these risks include:the factors of laws and regulations, the factors of policy, the factors of the real estate industry, and the factors of the operation. Based on this kind of situation, the risk control strategies are proposed to establish risk control policy and risk control system, effective risk identification, scientific credit risk management, compliance risk management and operational risk control management measures.
