| The tight regulation and control policy which started in 2009, has made the real estate trust industry rise quickly, and become one of the most important financing channel of the real estate industry. Along with the regulation and control of the real estate development, real estate market ushered into a new round of changes, the benefits of all parties in the real estate market (developers, property buyers, investors and financial institutions) are subjected to a certain impact, the risk of real estate trust fund began to appear.This paper attempts to start from the current situation of the development of China’s real estate trust fund, giving a trust business risk analysis on China’s real estate, identify the risk sources of the real estate trust business, and carry on the classified summary. Then according to the risk measurement model of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the specific risk factors, combined with the building of real estate trust business project risk measurement model based on the quantification of refinement. Taking the trust company A and real estate trust products B as an example, to verify the hierarchy analysis combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of suitability analysis. In order to provide reference for the real estate trust investors in the selection of key risk investment target and discrimination, so that to evade risk and ensure income stability. |
