| Recruitment is the premise and foundation of human resource management,and it is necessary to recruit talents when the enterprise is established.After the enterprise development need through the recruitment to attract more talented people,provide a steady stream of nutrients for the company's growth and sustainable development,to lay a solid foundation for the company to maintain its absolute advantage in the industry,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Human resources become the core carrier of the target realization of competition,value creation and rational allocation of resources among enterprises.However,the recruitment of enterprises is relatively complex and requires systematic management.In recent years,with the rising cost of labor,the recruitment of personnel in manufacturing enterprises is facing unprecedented severe challenges and pressures.And the development of the enterprise to obtain constant,must solve the various problems that the company has in recruiting,in order to improve the recruitment effectiveness of enterprises,so as to improve the comprehensive competitive power of enterprises,in order to take its place in the global market competition.The study of this paper is intended to analyze the current situation of talent recruitment in traditional wallpaper manufacturing companies,combining practical inquiry questions,through the theoretical study summarizes the solution to help the traditional manufacturing companies find the difficulties encountered in the process of recruitment and provide improved solutions to solve the corresponding problems.By improving the effectiveness of recruitment to select high-quality and high-quality talents,we can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and provide guarantee for the development of enterprises in the fierce market competition.The research of this paper takes T-wallpaper company as the research object,starting from the status quo of human resources recruitment of T enterprise and using the competency theory,psychological contract theory,enterprise life cycle theory,combining questionnaire survey,interviews,literature research,comparative analysis.In-depth analysis of the recruitment process of T enterprise to find out the existing recruitment issues.Through the research,it is found that the following problems exist in the recruitment of T enterprise:lack of human resources planning and clear work analysis,recruitment staff structure is not reasonable and professional,single recruitment channel,etc.These problems have become difficult problems in the recruitment process and hinder the smooth progress of recruitment.Through analysis and research,it is believed that T enterprise should combine current practice to improve the recruitment system of human resources:do a good job in human resource planning,improve recruitment efficiency,and develop a talent reserve plan;optimize job design,update job descriptions;according to job characteristics,comprehensive use of multiple recruitment channels;enhance the management's attention to recruitment and establish a dedicated recruitment interview team.Recruitment is a core task of human resource management.Effective recruitment is a prerequisite for satisfying the needs of employees and an important guarantee for the efficient operation of the entire enterprise.It is hoped that through a comprehensive study of the recruitment of T enterprise,it will be able to help T enterprise solve practical problems in the recruitment work and provide the enterprise with powerful human resources protection. |
