With the developing of information technology, online recruitment is an important channel for organizations to achieve the replacement of human resources and reserves. Assess the effect of online recruitment is not only an important part of the overall recruitment process, but also a role in promoting completion of overall recruitment and helping development and implementation of human resources strategy. However, previous studies on the effectiveness factors are more remain in the theoretical deduction. Therefore, this article uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical study methods, measuring the degree of the effectiveness of online recruitment factors, which improving the effect of business practices.Combined with the relevant literature, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on network recruitment effectiveness and its’ influencing factors. And then builds a model of online recruitment effectiveness analysis framework factors, which are divided into two levels:business and channel. We should use empirical methods, which including questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method, to study how influence about these factors. Before we use the correlation and regression analyze, the questionnaires should be given to the experience employees and candidates, and carried out descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to the results of the survey. Through these research, the two main conclusions are made: organizational level factors have positive impact on the effectiveness of online recruitment, from strong to weak are:organizational and job characteristics, online recruitment advertising, recruiter’s quality, network evaluation methods, recruitment fees; in the channel part, the effectiveness of online recruitment level factors also have a positive impact, on the basis of their influence from strong to weak are:usefulness, interactivity, reliability, caring, brand, ease of use. Aiming to the conclusion, this article from both organizational and the network channels offers scientific suggestions for enterprises to improve the online recruitment effectiveness.
