Research On Lean Production About Yanfeng Johnson Controls Company

With the increasing sharpness of economic globalization, the market competition becomes more intense, people’s demand is higher and higher, and products tend to be more diversified and of higher quality, all of which put forward higher requirements for the manufacturing technology and management of enterprises. Therefore, it is very urgent for the manufacturing industry of the production and management to make innovations. The emergence and development of lean manufacturing have brought the opportunity to enterprises, and have become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. In the process of globalization and the rapid development, due to the increasingly obvious impact of product homogeneity, new varieties the gradually expanded production scale, the shorter delivery period, the rising prices of raw materials, and many other adverse factors, the cost of Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Company increased year by year. And next in this paper, it talks about YFJC JCMS lean manufacturing system which is based on lean manufacturing thinking, implementation model and steps, as well as evaluation system. At the end of the article, it combines with the cases in Yantai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Limited Liability Company implement lean manufacturing to verify the implemented plans and to analyze and conclude. In accordance with its purpose, this paper takes the logical way through problem-raising, problem-analyzing, problem-solving and case study.This research paper has certain guiding significance for the implementation of lean manufacturing in the domestic automobile spare parts company and for the manufacturing enterprise of the same type. The core of lean manufacturing is to eliminate all invalid labor and waste and the goal is to strive to do the best. Learning and studies on the theory and practice of lean manufacturing is of much practical significance for China to enhance its national competitiveness in manufacturing industry and to realize the sustainable development of economy. I think, it’s very meaningful to study and analyze in this field.
