| For a long time, power plant engineering projects in China’s construction industry plays an important role, is the peak of China’s construction industry development, investment projects are also increasing. Along with the development of China’s electric power engineering project, the quality control management of power construction project has become a focus of attention, and has been widely emphasized.This paper first studies the background and significance of the life cycle quality management of power engineering construction project, points out the necessity of the research; Secondly, analyze the theory of life cycle quality management, though the quality control management of the power plant engineering construction, which is based on the management method and control principle. Then, analyze the influence factors of project quality management. Through system dynamics simulation software, the project decision-making and planning, human resources, the owner and the market’s attention, participation in collaborative communication, quality management staff, project maintenance and service quality performance, project process management and other factors, the impact of the project quality management, project quality management and project related quality management measures.Through the research on the life cycle quality control of power plant engineering, the influence factors on the quality of projects’ construction are indicated. With the increase of the influence factors, the level of construction engineering quality management system is also increased. According to the simulation results, we can focus on different factors in different stages of project construction to control and management, so as to improve the quality of power engineering project construction. |
