Study On Quality Management And Control Of Construction Project For YaXi Power Plant

The construction of the thermal power plants shows that they have such features as large investment, complex engineering, and many other factors, which calls for quality management of the thermal power plants. The thesis makes a research on the quality management and quality control of YaXi power plant by combining the theory and practice, and then analyses influencing factors, the process, tasks, based on inspection procedures and monitoring methods of the related projects Systematically. Consequently the thesis puts forward four dimensions of the quality management and control measures and countermeasures for verification of validity from the organization, technology, economy and contract, and then proposes that the electric power construction project's quality control needs to implement the ISO9000 standard and the Total Quality Management method so as to control the factors that influence project quality, critical process and project key spot throughout the prior control, controlling and after control. By using the modern management method, we can strengthen the quality control, and implement the omni-directional quality control. So the study and methods can provide reference for other electric power construction project in quality management and quality control.
