Research On Cost Control Of Power Grids Building Based On The Life Cycle

The extensive and epitaxial development mode makes the grid enterprises of our country lack of sound cost control and restraint mechanism. The recently-developed asset life cycle management takes as its core the asst entire process management and takes advantage of the informationization in order for processes optimization and minimal life cycle cost of projects. Therefore, the management objective of optimizing project life cycle can be achieved. This is an effective way to solve problems resulted from the traditional cost management style of grid construction projects.This paper firstly analyzes life cycle cost theories and practice home and aboard. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the current cost management status of the grid enterprises of our country, it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility for grid enterprises to carry out life cycle cost management for construction projects. Then, it classifies the life cycle as three stages, which are earlier preparation, construction and operation management. Accordingly, the total cost of grid construction is divided into four parts-investment cost, policy cost, operation cost and risk cost. And then it discusses the calculation method of life cycle cost for grid construction projects. Finally, it discusses how to carry out life cycle cost management for construction projects of grid enterprises so that it provides some suggestion for grid enterprises to enhance cost management.
