Study On The Regional Management Of The Construction Project Of Bohai (Gas) Field

China Offshore Oil Corporation has been established so far in Bohai, East China Sea, South China Sea oil(gas) fields of exploration and mining for nearly 40 years.According to incomplete statistics, at present stands in the offshore oil(gas) field platform has hundreds of, each platform is also divided into different oil(gas) fields. In the international oil market, the oil companies’ production technology is becoming more and more mature, systematic, and the pressure of competition is increasing. At present,China’s oil industry, especially the offshore oil industry has entered a "winter", the international crude oil prices continued to decline, the domestic refined oil prices have continued to fall, in such an external environment, how to reduce the cost of offshore oil mining, such as how to effectively break the original management mode, to achieve the purpose of maximizing the economic benefits of each oil(gas).Based on the above background, this paper attempts to study the management of the construction project of Bohai oil(gas) field, and focus on the improvement of the construction project management of Bohai oil(gas) field, and analyze the management of construction projects in China and abroad.In this paper, the paper analyzes the six parts of the core content: first, the introduction focuses on the significance and purpose of the construction project management research. Secondly, the remaining five parts mainly combined with domestic and foreign related project management theory, combined with the project management theory to analyze the characteristics and general management mode of Bohai oil(gas) fields, and the management of the five aspects, such as cost, time, scope,organization, acquisition, resource sharing, risk management and risk control, etc…The Jinzhou 25-1 south oil(gas) field development project as an example, the project includes the first phase of Jinzhou 25-1 south( JZ25-1S) WHPA, WHPB,CEP platform and incorporated into the Jinzhou 25-1 oil field development project ofJZ25-1 WHPA and CEP platform; Jinxian 1-1 oil field development project of JX1-1CEPA and WHPB platform, the transformation of a terminal oil processing plant and the new a gas terminal treatment plant, The second phase are Jinzhou 25-1 south(JZ25-1S)WHPC, WHPD, WHPE and CEPF platform. in the construction project management related aspects of the case, in order to improve and enhance the regional management to provide experience and lessons.Finally, through the summary and Prospect of the regional management, it provides a reference for the future construction of the regional management of the project.
