Finally, design the frame by using the scientific project management theory from three aspects: life cycle, operation process, management essential, and proposes the safeguard mechanism of this frame.Therefore, it has realistic significance to increase the research of exploration project management, to strength the management level of China Petrochemical Corporation and its sub branch, to enhance the economic efficiency of exploration.
