A Case Study On The Establishment Of Enterprise Annuity System In Private Enterprises

Enterprise annuity as a supplementary pension insurance for employees. With the current social, economic structural changes and the growing population aging crisis, single mode of the old age insurance may not properly solve the problem of complex pension security today, social basic pension insurance system is facing a huge challenge. Under this situation, enterprise annuity as an important supplement to the problem of the aged, got a great opportunity to development, the study of enterprise annuity system is also imperative.This paper is in this context, from the perspective of employee benefits, as well as the starting point of retaining the talents of the enterprise, the situation of human resource management in ZSDS company of private enterprises, discusses how to apply the incentive mechanism of enterprise annuity to human resources.This paper starts with the current situation of enterprises, take ZSDS company as an example, the system analysis of the existing salary system is carried out. And then start from the basic theory of enterprise annuity, this paper expounds the definition, attributes and relevant theories of enterprise annuity. Then, the relationship between the enterprise annuity system and enterprise employee benefits system is studied, the function of enterprise employee benefit system to enterprise development is to motivate staff and enhance staff cohesion as the core. From the development process of enterprise annuity system, enterprise annuity and employee benefits, enterprise annuity and basic pension insurance, enterprise annuity plan for the effectiveness of the enterprise can be seen in several ways, enterprise annuity system is an important part of employee welfare system.
