With the further reform of Chinese financial system, Chinese banking system has changed hugely, and the competition becomes more and more severe. Under the rival from both local and foreign big banks, holding commercial banks must make timely strategically adjustment so as to reach their continually development.This article starts with the analysis of the competitive position of holding commercial banks in the market. It well expatiates upon all kinds of challenges and opportunities what holding commercial banks may face under the competition both from big Chinese and foreign commercial banks after the China's entry of WTO and the form of global financial integration. It also researches the current situation and the trend of development of modern western commercial banks. By using the relative theory of management, the article attempts to find out the suitable path of development of Chinese holding commercial banks mat could help them to build the frame of continually development.This article mainly includes four parts.Part one: through the research of outer environment and inner factors, this article analyzes the competitive position of holding commercial banks in the market, and tries to find out their advantages.Part two: through comparing with western commercial banks, mis article concludes that building perfect customer manager system is an inevitable process to the marketing of Chinese holding commercial banks. The article gives comprehensive explanation of customer manager system and analyzes that carrying out customer manager system could rebuild the operation process, management system and enterprises culture of holding banks.Part three: on the basis of all-sided research to the current business promotion and actuality of management of holding commercial banks, this article has a detailed research about putting the customer manager system in practice inside commercial banks. It expatiates roundly the latest situation of practicing the customer manager system inside commercial banks, this includes the innovation of organizational structure, the adjustment of division of labor, the reassignment of the liability and so on.Part four: according to the problems existing in the practice of customer manager system, this article combines the solution of these problems and analyzes, it. And many constructive measures of how to improve the customer manager system are brought forward which would build the customer manager system in holding commercial banks more practical and valuable.
