Sinopec Beijing Yanshan company is a comprehensive enterprise which is a large type of petrochemical industry, which is facing huge market pressure and new market situation, which can improve the market share and competitiveness of enterprises.From this point of view, the scientific and rational management of suppliers has a very important role and significance. This paper is also based on this starting point to study and explore.This article mainly through the introduction of supplier management content strategy, and the specific content of the supplier evaluation system, the status quo of Y petrochemical co equipment supplier management, so as to analyze the problems and causes of Y Petrochemical Co supplier management, to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the supplier management in Y Petrochemical Co.
