With the rapid development of insurance industry in China, the talent competitions become more and more fierce, meanwhile human resource has become the first resource to promote the insurance development. But the human resource training of the whole industry was a serious deficiency in the development of the insurance industry for a long time, which resulted in the weakness of the management system, quantity and structure of the talents comparing with other financial industries. In general, the growth of insurance human resource is lower than the development of the industry. The key successful elements of the insurance industry come from how to improve the ability of human resource to build the core competence of each insurance company and to provide strategy support for company’s medium-term and long-term planning in the future competition within the industry.ZH Insurance Company, a joint venture insurance company is analyzed in this dissertation to discuss how to establish a scientific and perfect strategy training system based on the strategy of business development. Therefore, training becomes the main method of forming corporate human capital. Using documents collection and analysis, direct investigation, indirect statistics, empirical analysis and so on, this dissertation is driven by the establishment of the strategy training system and whole process of the corporate is deeply studied and analyzed. According to the actual situation in ZH, it proposed a reliable and operable strategy training system encircling course system, management system and staff system, three key processes of training system establishment. It also presents a referable sample for insurance training development.
