Abstract/Summary:
In the current fierce market competition,talent is the foundation of enterprise survival and development.For small and micro enterprises,talent is particularly important.However,most small and micro enterprises firstly face the problem of small scale,less investment,and limited by resources.As a result,the human resources of small and micro enterprises also face corresponding difficulties,such as the increase in training costs and the unprofessional training personnel,which will hinder the development of enterprises and thus affect the strategic layout of the whole enterprise.This paper takes H Company,a newly established small and micro enterprise in Chengyang District of Qingdao in early2019,which is mainly engaged in the research and development and sales of microbial feed industry,as an example for case analysis.This paper analyzes and optimizes the current situation of H Company from the thinking framework of raising problems,analyzing problems,and then taking the case analysis in order to solve problems.This research discuses the current situation of H Company,the common problems encountered,why most companies have problems,and what the solutions are.On the basis of helping H Company to optimize its training system,it is hoped that this research can benefit other similar small and micro enterprises that also encounter bottlenecks by providing an insightful cases analysis to refer to and learn from in the process of managing employees,so as to cultivate a good ecological improvement system.On the basis of relevant training theories and cutting-edge training concepts,this paper takes H Company as the specific research object and adopts research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to study its staff training system.First of all,the employee training system of H Company can reflect some common situations at present.Based on the current problems,we have analyzed the causes of these problems.Then,according to the actual situation of H Company,the employee training system of H Company is optimized and designed.Finally,specific safeguard measures are put forward.The research results of this paper mainly include three aspects.The first aspect is to help H Company to clarify training objectives and principles,in order to obtain the double recognition of employees and society through high-quality enterprise training,and provide continuous talent motivation and intellectual support for the realization of sustainable development of the enterprise.The second aspect is to help H Company to optimize specific training plans from improving demand positioning,making specific plans and establishing evaluation mechanisms.The third aspect is to help H Company to improve the training guarantee measures and put forward relevant requirements for H Company’s human resource management from the four dimensions of system guarantee,human resources guarantee,teacher guarantee and fund guarantee.The innovation of this paper is that based on the theory of enterprise human resource management,the present situation of employee training management and the actual operation of H Company,this research is devoted to establish a set of specific and detailed training optimization schemes for H Company throughout in-depth analysis from the problems identified.It is hoped that this research can help H Company and its similar small and micro enterprises to obtain reference on the human resource training and management practice in order to fundamentally remedy the lacks and deficiencies therein.
