With the era of economy globalization and information times, all companies in the world face the increasingly intense competition in national and international market. In addition, the financial crisis started from year 2008 and series economic problems caused by European debt crisis happened in year 2011, people of all fields are studying countermeasures, striving to turn crisis into opportunity. Human resource management is the most important part of modern enterprise management, and play important role in the development of enterprise, while performance management is an important loop of evaluating employees’ performance and human resource management effectiveness. But how to implement performance management, and establish a suitable set of performance management system is most point which enterprises have been committed to.This paper in its analysis and research to process S company as the object, the company’s performance management process, the job descriptions, not be timely updating of the reasonable and effective, performance review also not reasonable expression. In addition, the update in concept also is insufficient, the performance management of the understanding of the shallow. Employees are not strict to follow their work, caused by they seems not to be clear with company targets or their individual objectives, which causes achievement issues to company overall targets. This paper effectively use of the theory and practice of the method of human resources management, strategic management, and other disciplines idea and the research results of the performance management for support, and fully combined with the analysis method of the statistical subject, with the performance management present situation of S deep reasonable analysis, try and put forward on the basis of their company accord with the performance management thoughts, make the company’s strategic goals are met, and promote the sustainable development of the company.This paper used material analysis, depth interview method, and general interview, questionnaire survey research methods, through to the study of the theory of the performance management system to the background and company S performance management present situation and the existing problems are analyzed and studied, and performance management system for the issue of the solution and the improvement measures: effectively integrate S company each step of performance management, strengthening the training, establish performance of the performance of the enterprise culture and consider guide stakeholders feedback, to improve the performance management system.
