The development of modern economic globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, companies are increasingly concerned about how to make long-term management of the enterprise to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.Spare parts management business is the production and operation of enterprises and economic benefits are closely related, and therefore, effectively manage spare parts business is business daily management of an important content. However, the lack of spare parts specific to accurately predict the number of consumption will lead to business managers on spare parts difficult to effectively manage.Spare parts for companies in terms of reserves, excess reserves of spare parts, although to meet production needs, but it will take up a lot of money companies;while too little reserves of spare parts, will not guarantee continuous production, or even stop production equipment standby delay production orders delivered phenomenon that, dissatisfied customers, companies will lose a number of customers, gain an edge in the competitive market.H company, the main products are excavators and other machinery products.As the company has become increasingly diverse range of products, production equipment more and more, the corresponding supporting equipment, spare parts demand more and more.Thus, H Equipment spare parts management, there have been some problems:Sometimes some spare parts due to insufficient reserves increased delays in production orders, delivery time allowed;Sometimes, certain equipment, spare parts and excess reserves, resulting in long-term inventory of certain equipment spare parts idle, or even damage to the phenomenon, caused by loss of stock. Theme of this paper is aimed at H’s equipment spare parts management issues, to meet the production needs of the premise, using statistical methods, equipment, spare parts inventory management, to try to achieve the optimum amount of equipment, spare parts inventory. In this paper, H Company as the research object, first find H Equipment Equipment inventory management problems, according to the existing problems, propose appropriate countermeasures, including the use of statistical methods for quantitative prediction of spare parts inventory required to predict, and the establishment of predictive models to guide appropriate equipment, spare parts inventory, and improved equipment inventory management processes to achieve scientific management of spare parts inventory.
