In the development of production enterprises, technology is the core andmanagement is the key. Nowadays company pay more concentrate on theimprovement of their strengthen and management. Maintenance spare parts as animportant part of the enterprise inventory management, which is the business muchfocus on. As reasonable spare parts management can not only improve the stability ofthe equipment, but also effectively reduce the waste of cost. So as to inventorymanagement,but much for the system’s stability and service level. Basing on thepurpose above, this paper do much research on the three aspects as follows:The research of critical spare parts classification method. Basing on the limitedof traditional ABC method, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used in this study.Firstly, the AHP give6criteria on trudge the criticality of spare parts, in whichmethod construct a two-two comparable matrix, which process will give every partsdifferent weight. Finally, the method determine the score in the top20%as the criticalparts in a descending sequence. Consequently, based on the advantages anddisadvantages of the two classification methods, a combination of both methodsanalysis is given for optimizing the classification result of this two method.Critical spare parts optimized stock-holding. As the criticality of spare parts, aseries system has been given for express the important of the parts. And then the paperproposed two spare parts stock-holding model. The one is on the maximize the parts’MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures). And the other is on the minimize the unit cost.In order to obtain the optimized solution, a multi-criteria target model as beenproposed. It takes both MTPF and unit cost into consideration. In the model, t/C wasset for the fitness function. GA(genetic algorithm) was used to obtain multi-criteriamodel Pareto optimal solution set. Comparing the results of the three models to determine which is the superiority solution.Critical spare parts inventory management. On the analysis of this threetraditional inventory control strategy,(R, Q) inventory policy has been proved to moreavailable. What’s more, the paper proposed a (R, Q) inventory control strategy basedon the inventory service level. In the study of AA items parts, a redundant EOQ modelwas used to determine R. And the optimizing of service level indicated the feasibilityof (R,Q) strategy.Through the analysis of the plant and warehouse, this paper also illustrated theexisting practical matters in the spare parts management and inventory management,such as the backward of the management system, the non-standard purchasing process.And appropriate solution have been proposed by optimizing the management and theservice level of the enterprise.
