Research On Spare Parts Sharing Management Of Tobacco Logistics Equipment In Hebei Province

With the development of China's logistics industry and the transformation and upgrading of the tobacco industry,tobacco commercial logistics has undergone a transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics.The continuous improvement of management objectives has put forward higher requirements for management ideas and technical methods.While modern logistics equipment is put into use and plays an important role in improving the efficiency of enterprise logistics,many problems caused by the lag and lack of its own management have gradually become the embarrassment affecting the development of modern tobacco logistics.As an important part of equipment management,spare parts are a powerful promoter for improving the management level of logistics equipment and promoting the quality and efficiency of enterprises.This thesis takes 11 logistics and distribution centers under the jurisdiction of Hebei Tobacco Company as the research object,and takes Shijiazhuang Cigarette Logistics Distribution Center as a typical sample,based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of its equipment management system,especially the status of spare parts management.To form a research idea for the management of spare parts in the province,and to analyze and conclude that the current logistics equipment spare parts management in the province has large storage capacity,high liquidity occupancy rate and lack of effective in procurement management,inventory management,and storage management.Outstanding issues such as information exchange and supplier management standards are not uniform,and the causes of problems are found through in-depth analysis.Furthermore,based on the successful management experience and advanced practices in the same industry,the logistics equipment spare parts sharing mechanism was established,and a solution based on the shared platform was proposed.First,a top-level architecture consisting of three levels: decision layer,business layer,and support layer is constructed.On this basis,combined with actual needs and industry characteristics,the platform sets up functional modules such as basic information management,inventory management,centralized procurement information management,and supplier management,and provide model and algorithm support for the corresponding management modules,thereby achieving cost reduction,the goal of efficiency and quality improvement.The implementation of the program will play an important role in improving the management level of logistics equipment and comprehensively promoting the construction of modern tobacco logistics,and has certain reference significance for the development of the same type of industry.
