Employee training is the first line of defense against the changing market economy and technology for enterprise. In recent years, college and technical school graduates are increasingly becoming the main force of human resources requirement in the enterprise, these two large groups of people, although each has different characteristic, the common ground is that they are post 90s, even post 95s, they have active mind, publicity personality and good education, but unable to do hard work, poor sense of unity and dedication, It is difficult to become a qualified employee from student quickly, they will leave after a little dissatisfaction, then cause the quite serious employee turnover rate. How to guide new employee in to enterprise quickly and meet the requirement of enterprise, that is an important topic to the training.In order to solve the new employees training problems in ZS company, such as top executives’attention to training new employees is not enough, lack of training funds, the training hardware and software foundation is weak, single teaching mode, little targeted teaching book, unqualified trainer team, formalistic performance evaluation, unsystematic training, low overall level training. The author as a human resources administrator of a state-owned medium enterprise named ZS company, used observation method, interviewing method and literature method to deeply analyze and research, and constructed ZS company’s new employees training system through requirement investigation, content design, system implementation, effect evaluation and feedback. The training system has recognized by top executives, supported by functional departments, and welcomed by employees. Rational designed and effective executed system promoted new employees consisted of college and technical school graduates as main part and social skilled personnel as supplement part, to become "a qualified employee" from "student or social person" quickly, also promoted them to integrate into the ZS company’s culture successfully and training them to became the company’s main force finally, then the training achieved desired effect.ZS company construct properly and practical training scheme, utilize Kirkpatrick evaluation model to evaluate and feedback, it is creative and provide valuable information and fundamental data to training new employees for enterprise.Through research on the new employees training of ZS company, this article attempt to provide inspirations for new employees training of other similar small and medium-sized enterprises’.
