Rural Tourism Development Planning And The Construction Countermeasures In Yinshan Village Of Taining County

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of living level, people’s concept of tourism is continuing change, from scenic area travelling in holiday before, to self-driving travelling for experience of countryside and enjoyment of nature, that is the rural tourism. In recent years, with the improvement of transportation, Taining’s tourism develops rapidly, and the rural tourism also grows up gradually. However, the rural tourism of Taining county is still at the starting stage, rich tourism resource has not fully used, furthermore, the rural tourism planning, villagers’ sense of participation and the promotion for economy are still far from satisfactory. In this instance, research on the development planning and construction of Yinshan’s rural tourism, will be a valuable reference for Taining’s tourism and other similar rural tourism.This paper will research on the development planning, measures and suggestion of Taining Yinshan rural tourism from eight parts. Firstly, use literature method and interviewing method to collect related materials, based on the reality of Taining County and Yinshan Village, carry on qualitative analysis on Yinshan rural tourism with SWOT method. Secondly, use agricultural function location method to distribute Yinshan Village scientifically, and then confirm the overall plan and functional division of Yinshan rural tourism, that construct "one center, one park and three areas", to promote living environment and develop economy and culture. Finally, the paper present the measures and suggestions to promote the rural tourism of Yinshan Village, for example, fully use the supporting policy, strengthen management construction, ensure financial investment, improve agricultural skill and methods, etc.
