With the accelerating of urbanization, more and more people from the countryside come to the cities and fight for their life goals, the national income and living standards continue to improve, the pace of life continues to accelerate, followed by the pressures of life.Therefore, urban residents begin to look forward to the country lifestyle,as the poetry saying, "with the cicadas and birds whispering,the silence of the mountain seems to be deep". Rural tourism is the best choice for urban tourists. Rural tourism can not only bring the rural life, "return to nature, back to nature," to tourists, but also promote local industry development and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The Dahushan Village in Panan County of Zhejiang province,with a rich of rural tourism resources, special geographical location, is the only choice of the rural tourism development. However, due to various reasons, the local development is still relatively backward, and failed to make full use of resources, and the product has not any development, the positioning is not clear, public service is relatively backward, so the comprehensive and in-depth rural tourism planning has a great significance with the local development.This paper is based on the case analysis of Dahushan Village of Panan County,conducts the study on the rural tourism planning.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the introduction mainly explains the background, objective and significance, the contents and methods of this research,makes dynamic research on rural tourism at home and abroad,from areas such as product development,space layout, deployment patterns,summarizes the characteristics and trends of rural tourism planning and design at home and abroad at the present stage. Secondly, elaborates the development ideas on Dahushan Village of Panan County according to the summary of the above.Then,analysis the tourism development background of the Village. Based on a detailed analysis of survey,internal and external conditions for the rural tourism development of Dahushan Village,it analysis and evaluates rural tourism resources and proposes the target location on rural tourism,then locates the image and market about the Village.And then plans for space layout and product development of rural Tourism Resort of the village.Lastly,it makes research on special topical analysis ofengineering project.The main conclusion is that the Dahushann village rich natural tourism resources types, rich human resources, national culture and local customs and agricultural landscape harmonious communion, resources combination, conducive to concentration of resources development and tourism activities,can form a unique tourist resort area.According to field investigation,to determine village space layout of”one base,two axis,five district”,tourism positioning to the platform lake group, the natural texture of the landscape vegetation, takes the rural tradition as the cultural context, with the big dipper and the "bucket handle" culture as the soul,the Dahushan village is a holiday resort, which combines the lake leisure, leisure,business, meeting, outdoor, farm and other experience activities as a whole.At the same time, according to the characteristics of the tourism resources, the theme of the tourism product design.
