The target of Lean production is trying to reduce all kinds of waste in the production and cut off the production link which does not bring value-added, and then realize the economic growth. H iron ore is mainly engaged in producing and processing the iron ore production. Under the environment of extensive development mode and a low price of iron in the depressed market, for the iron ore producers, the main factor of survive in the depress market is how to effectively implement lean production and reduce waste.Firstly, this article introduces the lean production mechanism at home and abroad and literature of lean production. Moreover, it also makes a detailed introduction about the origin, development of lean production, the key thought and basic principles of management. Then, it compares lean production mode with the traditional mode of production to expound the importance of leading lean production concept into the company. Secondly, this article introduces the design scheme of H iron ore lean production, analyzing its existing operating system, and gets the feasibility and necessity of lean production. Thirdly, introducing the lean production model and the vision of H Iron ore, and based on them build the key performance indicators of H Iron ore, analysis the evaluating performance indicators, establish and select the lean project pool of H Iron ore, also detail introduce the process of lean project implementation; Last, for the target of continuous improvement in lean project, this article explores the guarantee mechanism of lean manufacturing continuous improvement in H iron.
