Faced with the labor cost increasingly year by year and fierce competition in the fast-moving consumer goods markets,China's fast-moving consumer goods industry is suffering from the double squeeze of costs rising and price ceilings,profits are falling.In the future,In order to survive and develop in the competition,it is the chiefly matter for the enterprise to get hold of the opportunity to expand in high quality and to improve its competitive ability and its development potential.Production management is the key factor to improve the competition power of enterprise.In this kind new competitive posture falls,the enterprise wants how to just can catch up with historical process and be not fallen into disuse to go out bureau,it is a task that deserves research.As the most advanced production organization model and management method in the world,Now,Lean production is applied in various types of production all over the world.The essence of lean production is continuous improvement,discover new problems and corresponding methods,through standardized tasks and processes to prevent re-occurrence of problem.Lean production can not only bring tangible effects such as inventory reduction,operation cost reduction and quality qualification rate improvement but also bring intangible effects such as employee consciousness transformation,improvement of innovation ability and good corporate culture building.This article takes this opportunity to conduct lean production theory on J company's production management.The purpose is to build a self-continuous improvement system,constantly decrease the cost of production and achieve a win-win situation between employees and the company.The mam steps are as follows.Firstly,Apply focus group interview method and questiornaire survey method to comprehensively diagnose the existing problems in J company is production management,we point out that the low communication efficiency,high turnover rate,management disordered and staff don't care about the performance indicators are the key factors.Secondly,taking continuous improvement as the leading idea and combining with the current situation of J company,summarized the production management infrastructure content and form a new management model.The improvement plan of production management infrastructure is formulated from the following three aspects:build performance management system,continuous improvement infrastructure and organization design.Then,through establish a clear vision of enterprise change,management support,extensive staff participation,theoretical training and encouragement to ensure the successful implementation of management infrastructure change.This paper lay a foundation for J company to carry out comprehensive management reform,ultimately achieve a win-win situation between employees and the company,thus consolidate the company's competitiveness.At the same time,it is hoped that this paper can provide reference and guidance for the production management optimization of local manufacturing company.
