Therefore, this paper investigated the migrant entrepreneurship Fushun area, in combination with predecessors for migrant entrepreneurship research, through questionnaire survey, field investigation, empirical analysis and other methods, the migrant entrepreneurship problems in liaoning Fushun region general research, first of all, based on theoretical research, according to the results of a survey in Fushun area, analysis of present situation and characteristics of a migrant entrepreneurship.Through research, with the development of economic and social progress, further upgrading of industrial structure, any industry are corresponding to the demand of labor force quality, comprehensive ability, therefore, for most yes for migrant workers working opportunity will drop, to solve the economic development of rural areas actively encourage migrant workers to return home business, boost the development of regional economy, but also drive the employment of the local population. Are many factors that influence migrant entrepreneurship, mainly reflects in: personal traits, family factors, external environment factors and region level. These factors work together to determine whether the migrant entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success.Finally in promoting migrant better employment countermeasures,the most important, the key is to improve human capital stock of returning migrant workers,give full play to the subjective initiative,enhance the comprehensive quality.At the same time,the government and society should be a migrant to create a good environment for employment and starting businesses,through training,employment service, financial support, policy encouragement measures such as,to help returning migrant workers to better jobs.
