Research On The Problem Of Migrant Workers Returning Home For Entrepreneurship In China

In 2016,the "Central Document No.l" in the thirteenth consecutive year concern the"Three Rural Issues",and the "Three Rural Issues" also the fundamental problems which relate the work of the party and the country.Farmer is the key problem of the "Three Rural Issues",and how to guarantee farmers’ income increasing sustained and steady is the core of the problem,and now the entrepreneurship of migrant workers in hometown is a effective way to achieve increasing farmers’ income,transferring rural surplus labor.If we can solve the problem,it will have a far-reaching significance for our country’s economic growth and social development.In the paper,I focus on the migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship in China,first,by collating relevant scholar’s research results at home and abroad,using the method of system analysis,literature review and comparison analysis,to define the relevant concepts of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship,and analyzes the basic situation of rural migrant workers in China;Then,use the "push-pull" theory to analyze the reason of migrants’ entrepreneurship.In the paper,I analysis the feasibility of the migrant workers on the base of subjective and objective and use the model SWOT to analyze it.At last,then analyzes the problems they meet in entrepreneurship,finally,based on these problems and puts forward some solving measuresMigrant workers return home entrepreneurship in China in recent years has become the focus of the whole society,our government has introduced policies to encourage the migrant workers to return home to start business.This paper can be divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction part.The second part is about the concept of migrant workers and the present situation analysis.The third part is the reason,feasibility and result of migrants’entrepreneurship.The fourth part is the plight of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship.The fifth part is to further measures and Suggestions to promote the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.
