Research On The Multiple Dynamic System Of Migrant Workers Returning Home In Anhui

Along with the tide of reform and opening up,the rural surplus labor forces are in a transfer to the city,formed a flow about rural labor transfer from the country to the city,But at the same time,The reverse flow is also staged,especially the outbreak of the 2008 financial crisis,The reverse flow reaches a climax,Anhui Province,as a big province of labor export,is no exception.Since entering the new era,the scale of reverse have declined slightly,but return home for employment has become the norm.So,It is extremely urgent to study the motivation of employment and guide migrant workers to return home.This paper focuses on the “employment of the returned peasant laborers in Anhui province”,Conducts actual investigation and constructs the system dynamic model by system dynamics method,It also puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Anhui migrant workers returning home employment promotion mechanism.Firstly,paper analyzes the social background of the problem,and reviews the results of related research,Based on that,find out the breakthrough point of this paper;Secondly,paper based on the research object,defines the relevant concepts,and introduces the related theory;Thirdly,utilizing questionnaire survey,it analyzed the characteristics and status quo of returning home.Study show that,the returned migrant workers has trended to be younger,income gaps have narrowed,the employment structure is more optimized;Fourthly,paper explore the structure of the power about returning,These power can be concluded to five kinds,which are industrial development,public service,system reform,policies and individual decision.It analysis the power and its mechanism of action.Fifthly,constructing the system dynamics model of migrant workers returning in Anhui province,and analyzes the model,the results show that the government policy,the level of public services and other factors which affect the employment of migrant workers returning home.At last,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the construction of the employment promotion mechanism.Constructing the matching mechanism between industry development and employment ability to enhance the receiving capability andworking abilities;Impelling equalization of public services to improve the security of migrant workers returning home;Establishing social security system to enhance the employment security of migrant workers returning home;Improving the policy environment to provide the support for returning migrant workers;mproving the quality of employment of migrant workers returning home to enhance the attractiveness of migrant workers return home employment.
