Study On The Realationship Of Power Distribution,governance Means And Innovation Performance Of Technology Innovation Network

In recent years, About the Technology Innovation Network(Technology Innovation Network) related research has become popular. Involved in the technological innovation network of power, governance and innovation performance has been increasingly brought to the attention of the researchers at home and abroad. In an increasingly complex competition environment, technological innovation alone is a business innovation activity which seems impossible, but the cooperation form innovation alliance trust each other, work together to promote innovation. Advanced experiences from international countries tell us that the enterprise should be in an impregnable position in the fierce competition, must firmly grasp their own core competitiveness, all in the industry can’t do it in the front area should be outsourcing, as far as possible for strategic cooperation, jointly promote the collaborative innovation. Technological Innovation Network is the network that is under the influence of the core enterprise as a technological cooperation network, the network of innovation performance is one of the important indicators of network runs effectively. In order to ensure good network innovation performance, the distribution of power in the network in the core enterprise governance means is necessary to study. Power distribution problem in network directly decide the enterprise members in the network, at the same time,the core enterprise can become when there is concentration of power. At present, the research on power distribution in the network is only on the concentration of power, it is lack of scientific understanding of power distribution variables. Second, the core enterprise study in the network at home or abroad has not been involved in corporate governance means; In addition, the core enterprise network governance problems existing researches of the power distribution influencing network innovation performance, but how the power distribution influence network innovation performance, there is not enough study. In technology innovation networks, the key factors influencing the core corporate power is power distribution, it also affects the core enterprise network governance means.This study based on the technology innovation network, explore the power distribution network, power distribution can be divided into involves concentration of powerasymmetry and stability of the interdependent relationship between the two dimensions are studied; At the same time, put forward the concept of core enterprise network governance means, and it can be divided into core enterprise knowledge control, rules and behavior control three dimensions, by discussing the core intermediary effect of corporate governance means to reveal the relationship network, distribution of power and innovation performance. And introduce the governance means as intermediary variable innovation performance between dependent and independent variables and power distribution, to explore the role of the relationship between the three. Based on this study comes from Xi’an in Shaanxi four state-level industrial park, 204 questionnaires conducted empirical research, this study put forward the concept of the theoretical model and research hypothesis to give empirical analysis to prove.This study suggest the following conclusions: the technology innovation network power asymmetry on the core business management means, negatively related network innovation performance, interdependent relationship of core business management means, technology innovation network performance was positively related to relationship; Among them, the core of corporate governance means in power distribution network and the network with intermediary function between innovation performance. So as to reveal the power distribution, the core business management means and the relations between and among network innovation performance and mechanism of action.
