Shanxi City Industry Science And Technology Innovation Policy Research

The establishment of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation is the only way to adapting to the current new round of science and technology revolution, and the only way to pushing the industry development and transformation in our province, which is the significant strategic decision we has made in the process of industrial development as a big province of coal natural resources. We must spare no effort to build the coal industry. Taking the policy of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation as research object, I apply many methods such as documents study and experience conclusions, and finally put forward some referable suggestions in my thesis on the basis of the theory of industrial policy, judging from the perspective of public policy, in the combination of successful domestic and foreign experience. I hope I can do my part to fasten the development of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation.In the beginning of the thesis, we elaborate on the theory of the domestic and foreign industry policies, and make the study about the present situation of science and technology innovation, and about the basic plan of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation. On these foundations, I make some suggestions about the policy of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation which include the establishment of policy system and the way of policy conduction.We make the following three conclusions. Firstly, The establishment of city of Shanxi science and technology innovation is the strategic choice to improve our competiveness, conforming to the domestic and foreign economic situation. The second point is that we should learn from the experiences abroad and domestic when make policies. The last but not the least point is that the government should play a key role on the policy system, conduction force and manner, in order to achieve the sustainable development of coal industry.
