Economic development depends on the revitalization of industry, industrial enterprises also cannot do without the efficient operation of production. This paper introduces the operation optimization model, by analyzing the production operation mode of Jilin Gamesa Wind Co.Ltd. With the view of the operation management, research the status of flow line in the workshop to work out the problems in the production process.And through the analysis of Jilin Gamesa Wind Co.Ltd., to find the way of how to improve the effective out of all the manufacturing plants.In any production enterprises, earning money is the most important object of all the relevant issues in production.All the manufacturing enterprises should devote themselves to earn money, enhance the net profits and cash flow and reduce operating costs. And the measurement of the plant internal standard is mostly efficiency and utilization of local standards. To improve the effective output of the whole production line should be the overall goal of all manufacture enterprise.Not only to improve the efficiency and utilization of local parts. Local efficiency is harmful, any disorder of all he workers are busy on manufacturing tend to be inefficient. The whole line is like a chain, and the weakest link in the whole chain determine the strength of the chain. To strengthen the weakest link is the best way to enhance the whole strength of the chain.In the other hand,to strengthen any other links cannot improve the capacity of production.The effective output level of the whole production line depends on the weakest link,which is the bottleneck of production capacity. The other production links need to be consistent with the production rhythm of production bottlenecks.Excessive production in the upstream link stations of the bottleneck link will only lead to the increase of WIP(work in process). But if the downstream link stations of the bottleneck link station increase production capacity, materials from the bottleneck station will be out of stock which will increase the waste of work-time. The progress of the whole production line is decided by the bottleneck station, so the optimization of production should follow the process of the bottleneck station.Production area is full of dependent events which means that every step of production and operation must be with the complete process of the above link station. The next step work dependence on completion of this step work. At the same time, enterprise production is riddled with another so-called the phenomenon of statistical fluctuations.So many cases of manufacturing enterprises we cannot accurately estimate.The combination of the two phenomena will increase many production problems, such as upstream station of the bottleneck link lost work-time will cause bottleneck station delay the start time of production. And the wastage production capacity of the bottleneck station will cause the damage of the capacity of the whole production line.And finally it will damage the profit of the enterprise. Lean production( JIT, just in time), especially one piece flow production line will be easily effected by dependency relationship and statistical fluctuations of the entire production line. Through the theory of constraint(TOC) to establish safe inventory for the bottleneck link station and use lean production techniques to achieve the most optimal production.Jilin Gamesa Wind Co.Ltd production areas are facing a variety of problems, such as the production rhythm is not stable. Sometimes downtime is due to lack of materials for the bottleneck station, and sometimes production task can not be completed but have to work overtime to finish the manufacture order. Because quality control points are not targeted to the bottleneck station of the production that often makes the whole production line waste production capacity.This paper is based on TOC and lean production techniques.Keep eyes on the bottleneck of production according to the operation situation of JL Gamesa Wind Co. Ltd., study how to improve it. Especially through the improvement of quality and warehouse management to achieve the better status of production operation.
