Talents are the main driving force for the stable,healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Continuous staff training is an important means for enterprises to practice the concept of human capital,as well as a guarantee and support for the power source of enterprise development.Staff training is the most important content of enterprise,increase the human resources training,especially for the cultivation of the employees at the grassroots level can not only improve the comprehensive quality of employees,and help employees to adapt to the development of the company and change,also can transform human resources better for the enterprise advanced productivity,boost enterprise developing.J State-owned financial holding Group is mainly engaged in equity investment,industrial investment,project investment,venture capital,investment management and consulting,financial information consulting and related market analysis and research,etc.As a regional state-owned enterprise,J Group has a certain scale and influence in the region.Under the constant changes of market competition and policy environment,the senior leaders of the group are increasingly aware that the construction of talent team has become one of the important factors restricting the development of enterprises.Although J Group has taken some measures to cultivate talents,its existing staff training system still has problems such as imperfect system construction and organizational management.This paper takes J Group’s basic staff training system as the research object,comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,through in-depth analysis of its staff training system problems and reasons,targeted optimization countermeasures are formulated.Firstly,the relevant theories of this paper are expounded,and the relevant literatures at home and abroad are reviewed and commented.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of J Group’s human resources and staff training system,and explores and analyzes the problems existing in its existing staff training system through questionnaire survey and collected data.From the perspective of training process,the problems are mainly reflected in the following five aspects:lack of training demand analysis,training content is not systematic,training methods are single,training implementation is lack of control,training effect evaluation is missing,and the above problems are analyzed.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,the objectives and principles of system optimization were put forward,and the targeted optimization was carried out from five aspects:the analysis of training demand,the improvement of curriculum system,the innovation of training methods,the standardization of implementation management and the transformation of effect evaluation.Finally,safeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of culture,organization,system and funds to ensure the implementation of the optimization of J Group’s staff training system.It is hoped that this study can improve the overall efficiency of J Group’s grass-roots staff training system,and provide experience and reference value for similar enterprises in the construction and improvement of staff training system. |
