In the past 30 years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction industry ushered in the golden period of development, all kinds of projects increasing the development of the building industry boom of the high, however, in the rapid development of the construction industry at the same time, must also be soberly aware, with a large number of enterprises to enter the field of construction, the industry as a whole is in than ever at any time to the harsh market competition pressure, enterprise profitability continues to decline. Downward cycle at the same time, the economy of our country in recent years has begun to enter the economic growth, good investment opportunities and good investment projects are becoming less and less, some enterprises have begun to underemployment problems exist, between each enterprise is facing major reshuffle pattern of winning a little jig. In this case, to seek suitable for the future development of the road to become all construction enterprises are facing major issues, the project management method to improve the adjustment of the construction enterprises have become the focus of the next step.China Railway Bureau Group X Engineering Company Limited is a company of China Railway bureau, mainly engaged in civil engineering construction. The company established in 1984 has always been in good faith, innovation eternal, competition and character on an equal in enterprise value, create qualified construction as the purpose. From the beginning of establishment, the company undertake a huge number of large and small projects. However, for the project management, the company has been used the traditional way. The project schedule, quality and cost control problems and defects will directly affect the implementation of the project, and the company’s brand value. In this case, the drawbacks of traditional way of project management is particularly obvious, the company should to improve the project management methods in order to reach the project target.This paper takes the X Engineering Co., Ltd as the research object, firstly, expounds the present research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the ideas of the paper from the research content and research methods. Then, it introduces the theory of project management, organization and management theory and project management theory, which lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the project management plan. According to the enterprise project construction case analysis of enterprise project management status and analysis of enterprise project management problems. Finally, the details of the project management mode improved design principles, and the organizational structure of the set, set the project target management responsibility, set safety responsibility management of project, management personnel of the approved wage, assessment and rewards and punishments system and profit rate management measures such as completed the detailed rules for the implementation of the project management mode; according to the risk existing in the project management improvement measures are proposed and also on the project management improvement model and the implementation effect evaluation.
