FAW-Volkswagen automotive co. LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the FAW-VW) incorporated on February 6, 1991,is a large-scale passenger car enterprise of joint venture created by China FAW co. LTD., Germany Volkswagen auto co. LTD, Audi auto co. LTD. and Volkswagen(China) investment co. LTD. It is China’s first modern passenger car enterprise in the construction of the start of the economic scale. Audi brand is the FAW-VW subsidiary brand. Audi brand officially entered the China in 1996, starting from the Audi 100, after nearly 20 years of efforts, the FAW Audi gradually formed with Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q3 and Audi Q5 as the main models of the high-end luxury brand in the Chinese high-end passenger. The Audi brand has always been in the leading position. But with the rapid development of the automobile market, the competition of China’s auto market is becoming more and more fierce. Mercedes Benz, BMW and Volvo as the representative of the high-end brand get rapid development in the Chinese market, pose a greater threat to Audi’s leading position. In recent years, BMW has been even more than the Audi in the individual market. In the face of competition, how to accurately grasp the market and actively explore the market has become the problem that FAW Audi has to solve. In order to accurately grasp the market, we must have a set of efficient and accurate sales market analysis system. Using information tools, timely and accurately analyze sales and market dynamics, to provide an accurate basis for sales and marketing decisions.In this paper, through the analysis of FAW Audi sales market business status, find the serious problem that Audi sales business department has to solve, and the cause of the problem in-depth analysis. To solve the problem, the Management Services Department have collected and sorted out the requirements of Audi sales department, and with the help of the strength of the external industry experts to make an in-depth analysis of the demand, and using the existing theory and advanced business intelligence platform, finally designed a set of FAW Audi sales market analysis system which can effectively help and solve the problems. This paper also deeply study on the FAW Audi sales market analysis system program and implementation. In order to ensure the program will eventually be able to successfully landed and play an important role,we use advanced HANA memory computing technology and advanced BO reporting tools in the project. According to the needs of different layers, there are three kinds of display modes: general business reports, management reports and decision-making dashboard. Business analysis reports are made by general business reports; management analysis reports are made for managers; and for high-level decision-making, provide integrated decision-making dashboard. Since the business involves a wide range, this paper introduces in detail the data requirements, data extraction, model design, report technology and automatic data extraction technology that support different business.
