Research On Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Enterprise Business Intelligence Outsourcing Decision

Due to the complexity of data warehouse,data mining,OLAP and other technologies in business intelligence,some enterprises will face the problems of high development cost and difficult knowledge mining when they implement business intelligence independently.In order to solve these problems,business oriented business intelligence outsourcing solutions have gradually developed.Different enterprises are in different internal and external environments.How to find out the possible risks in the decision-making process and avoid the risks reasonably has become a new difficult problem faced by enterprises.Therefore,thi,s paper takes the business intelligence outsourcing decision-making as the breakthrough point,and studies the risks in order to help enterprises avoid risks and improve the success rate of business intelligence outsourcing.Based on relevant theories and methods,this paper first analyzes the process and characteristics of business intelligence outsourcing activities,discusses the formation and content of business intelligence outsourcing decision risk,and determines the process and method of outsourcing decision risk identification.Then combined with relevant research,the business intelligence outsourcing decision risk is divided into four aspects:strategy,finance,business and operation according to the risk content.Further analysis of these four a,spects through risk identification methods,initially identified 31 risk factors for business intelligence outsourcing decision-making,and continued to use the Delphi method to select 25 key business intelligence outsourcing decision-making risks from these risk factors.factor.Secondly,based on the final recognition result of outsourcing decision risk,the risk evaluation model of outsourcing decision-making is constructed.Specifically,combined with the design principle of risk evaluation index system,the risk evaluation index system of business intelligence outsourcing decision-making is established,and the evaluation criteria are determined.The model of AHP-entropy weight method is constructed to calculate the weight of outsourcing decision-making risk evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the risk factors of enterprise business intelligence outsourcing decision-making,so as to get the evaluation of enterprise business intelligence outsourcing decision-making risk result.Finally,taking the business intelligence outsourcing activities of CS enterprises as an example,the potential risks of the outsourcing activities of the enterprises are analyzed.The risk evaluation model designed in this paper is used to evaluate the risks of the business intelligence outsourcing.The level is medium,which determines the risk factors that the enterprise should focus on when making outsourcing decisions,and puts forward targeted outsourcing decision-making risk control strategies for the enterprise based on the results of risk assessment and actuality.The validity of the evaluation model is verified by this example.This study has certain practical significance for guiding enterprises to control the risk of business intelligence outsourcing decision-making,and also provides new ideas for the research of business intelligence outsourcing risk.
