Abstract/Summary:
Our country has experienced rapid devel opment in thirty years, the existing industrial structure is unable to continue to adapt to the requirements of the situation, the industrial structure adjustment is imminent。The high energy consumption, high pollution and low value-added industries n eed to be elim inated in the industrial structure of our country, excess capacity needs to b e consumed。Therefore, technology and knowledge intensive industr ies, capital intens ive industries and environment-friendly industry accounted for in the industrial structure of our country in the future the proportion should be increased to a great extent, Dom estic enterprises need to speed up the p ace of "going out" 。The high-end equipm ent manufacturing industry itself has the tec hnology and knowledge intensive, capital intensive features, if in the supervision and management of enterprises under certain efforts can be environmentally friendly industry。Therefore, the current adjustment of the industrial structure of our c ountry, put the developm ent of high-end manufacturing industry on an important position. High speed EMU product is on e of the representative of th e high-end equipment manufacturing industry. If the high speed EMU products of China ca n be successfully opened and occupied som e overseas markets, not only can prom ote the developm ent of China’ s high-end equipment manufacturing industry, can also help in th e adjustment of industrial structure in China, the strategy of "going global", "The Belt and Road" strategy. In this context, CRRC was founded as the only manufacturer of China’s high-speed EMU and is comm itted to becoming a leader in the global r ail transport equipment manufacturing industry.This paper takes CRRC as the research object, through the analysis of th e competition in the Russian high speed EM U on the market action, try to summarize China’s high-end equipm ent manufacturing industry "going global" approach and method。First of all, CRRC profile. Second, introduces the development situation of high speed EMU. Third, introduces the basic situation of the Russian market of high speed EMU. Fourth, discusses if the CRRC developm ent of the Russian high speed EMU market will encounter problems, and analysis of the causes of the problem.
