Strategy Research On High-speed Rail Economy Development In Jiangxi

High-speed rail has been a powerful engine to propel economic progress.With the fast promotion of high-speed rail construction in China,how to accelerate high-speed rail economic development has been a important strategy problem which is worth of further research.Once high-speed rail economy is valued,new economic growth points maybe cultivated and new development breakthroughs maybe achieved,especially in the new normal state of economy development.Since the revised Medium-Long Term Railway Network Planning was issued in July 2016,railway construction,especially high-speed rail construction,has been faced with a new round of development opportunities.Based on this background,it is important to analysis advantages and disadvantages of high-speed rail economy development in Jiangxi and propose related strategic countermeasures to solve current problems.Based on the theory of growth pole,point-axis,gradient transfer of regional economic development,traffic economic belt,core-periphery,etc.,the influence of high-speed rail on regional economic development in Jiangxi is analyzed.By means of summarizing the experience of developing high-speed rail at home and abroad,study the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Jiangxi high-speed rail economic development.It is suggested that Jiangxi should grasp high-speed rail construction opportunities to accelerate the establishment of modern railway network,select proper corresponding points of industrial convergence to put strong emphasis to cultivate developing high speed rail economic belt,promote the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi relying on main axes of high-speed rail,formulate preferential policies to form the top talent agglomeration effect,and upgrade the tourism industry to attract top-class visitors by cultural charm.
