China currently is at the turning point of restructuring and transformation process. When entering a new stage of development terms, the spatial structure and urban planning of the urbanization will faced many challenges and opportunities. Real estate is the material carriers of urbanization, so it has a very positive effect on many aspects in society and economy, urbanization is bound to change the way of life and the population as well as gathering spaces, which will make a huge space for the real estate market development. And then these two complementary features would require a local urban development which coordinated with the development of the real estate market, thus contributing to the smooth running of whole society However, due to the imbalance of regional economic development, urbanization and real estate relations should be conducted from the perspective of regional research. Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei region is regarded as the top-level proposed design which makes the region and the real estate market research have more practical significance.At present, the importance of urbanization and the real estate industry for China’s economic development is obvious. Therefore, both the government’s decision-making departments and theoretical knowledge industry paid much attention to the development and changes of this area from a long time ago. Relevant research towards this question was a lot. But the relationship between real estate and urban development studies are few. In this paper, based on the regional economics, urban economics and real estate economics theory, I analyze the interaction mechanism of this two parts from the actual situation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei after introduce the relevant concepts. Then use the qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the interaction development mechanism between the two parts, which build a complete framework system. In terms of the empirical aspects, and analysis the urbanization and real estate market development by PCA. By building the Regression analysis model and coordination degree model, this paper reveal the coordination degree of the Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei region. Finally, by analyzing the results of relevant policy I put forward some suggestions to solve the problem of discordant development of this area, which provide some suggestions and evidence for the government to make the strategy in order to promote a healthy and sustainable development system.
