Research On The Effect Of Industrial Transfer Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei On The Urbanization Inhebei Province

With the implementation of the integration strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the cooperation between Hebei and Beijing,Tianjin regions has become more frequent.However,there are great differences in the economic development level of the three areas.The economic development of Hebei lags behind Beijing and Tianjin.The development of urbanization not only can expand domestic demand and stimulate economic growth,but also benefits narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and the gap between the rich and the poor,and promotes the integration of urban and rural areas;At the same time,industrial transfer can promote the transfer of production factors,especially the accumulation of labor force in the urban,and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the rationalization of the system,thus promotes the development process of urbanization in the undertaking place.Therefore,in the wave of regional industrial transfer,Hebei province should actively undertake the industrial transfer of Beijing and Tianjin,and promote the development process of urbanization.Based on this,this paper will use panel data model to study the impact of industrial transfer on urbanization in Hebei province.First of all,this paper combs relevant literature at home and abroad in this field,lays the theoretical foundation for the following study;Secondly,by referring to the existing research results and the theoretical knowledge of economics,the paper analyzes the mechanism of industrial transfer promoting urbanization in theory;Finally,based on the data of 11 cities in Hebei Province in 2004-2015,the econometric model is established to test the impact of industrial transfer on urbanization in Hebei.The results show that since2004,industrial transfer has played a positive role in promoting the development of the 8cities of Hebei province,and there is no significant influence on the development of urbanization in Chengde and Tangshan,there is a negative correlation between industrial transfer and urbanization in Handan;At the same time,the undertaking of industrial transfer has improved the income level of the 11 cities in Hebei Province,and the improvement of urbanization rate has also played a positive role in promoting the income level of residents.At last,by analyzing the empirical results,some suggestions are put forward to realize the synergetic development of industrial transfer and urbanization inHebei Province.Given the synergetic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei making the industries of the three regions in a wider range of complementary advantages as well as division of labor is the requirements of economic law and national strategy,by means of industrial transfer and breaking the administrative barriers.It also plays a unique role in urbanization in the three regions.Hebei province should seize the opportunity in this process,actively undertake the industrial transfer of Beijing and Tianjin,and promote the development of urbanization.
