Mutual integration, mutual promotion and coordinated development. Promote the sustained and stable development of the regional real estate market in Beijing, Tianjin, not only conducive to the development of regional economic integration, but also conducive to the national demonstration take the lead. So, it has strong theoretical and practical significance to study the real estate market development in Beijing and Tianjin region.The research based on the study of the real estate market on the basis of the theory of, the first stage of the overall overview of Beijing Tianjin Hebei area real estate market development history and stages of, combined with the area of Beijing, Tianjin real estate market from 1998, so far, and further sums up the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region real estate real estate market development speed faster, and the scale is expanding constantly; real estate finance degree difference greater development capital source structure is not balanced; high average price of commercial housing sales, price is relatively high income; the slow development of the policy of housing construction main characteristics. Finally, according to the theory and practice of analysis, in view of the importance of Beijing, Tianjin city real estate market development to the overall Beijing, Tianjin real estate market development proposed for the strategies and suggestions in detil: to improve the level of per capita income, expand real estate financing channels, improve the policy of housing security system, and improve the real estate financial intermediation services, rational planning and urban layout and so on.
