With the progress of the development of science and technology and society, people’s living standards are improving, quality of life are increasingly high requirements, where people’s lives and health are closely related to food safety is a major social problem to be solved; addressing food the basis and premise security issues is a concrete manifestation of the current understanding of the reality of life in food safety issues. Liangshan mobile company invited to carry out the construction of agricultural products quality and safety monitoring information system for the province to establish a scientific Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, long-term safety of agricultural products quality and safety testing and control of information systems.Many of the relationship between internal and external variables-time information system construction, innovative and unique, and the construction process itself involved, making the development and construction of a number of information systems during various risks exist.
