With the rapid development of Internet in China, the demand for IDC is increasing daily.As the main platform of the IDC, the development of the company has been greatly developed.With the increasing attention of IDC business,IDC network security has gradually attracted the attention of enterprise users. IDC network security problems are mainly reflected in four aspects: traffic attack, its own/ hosted site security issues, the problem of bad content dissemination and operation and maintenance management of security issues. The emergence of these problems will make the enterprise users and IDC service providers suffer huge losses.Therefore, how to improve the security monitoring function of IDC has become the focus of competition among the major IDC service providers.IDC security monitoring system project construction has the characteristics of large construction difficulty and high technical integration level, making the implementation of the project become uncertain. And the uncertainty risk is likely to lead to the project expected target can't be achieved. Based on domestic and international IDC project risk management theory, we systematically analyze the risk management of IDC security monitoring system construction project and reduce the risk of IDC security monitoring system using the scientific risk management method. And thus provide a reference for the IDC security upgrade of IDC service provider in China.We take the construction project of IDC security monitoring system of Heilongjiang Unicom as an example, and study the whole process management of IDC project risk management. According to the actual investigation of IDC project, we focus the risk sources of IDC project on five aspects: financial risk, technical risk, market risk, management risk and environmental risk. By using the method of analytic hierarchy process, we project risks into 5 first level risks and 19 second level sub-risks. Then we evaluate it using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation results are consistent with the current situation of IDC construction projects. Finally, according to the evaluation results, we put forward the corresponding measures to avoid the risk of personnel, technology, management, etc., to provide guidance for practical projects.
