As China's industrialization and urbanization process forward, China has entered a period of high pollution events, particularly in the construction zone along the Yangtze River Chemical Co.,a major threat to the regional environment. In order to avoid chemical pollution on the environment have a significant impact, for its possible explosions, leaks and high-intensity discharge events, focus on strengthening the industrial zone management's information management capacity, enhance the environmental quality of the industrial zone of real-time sensing capability to cope with sudden made the event's rapid processing of the system construction, so as to chemical industrial zone of major environmental pollution accident prevention and emergency response systems to provide important technical support. This research and development of major environmental pollution incident identification, monitoring, forecasting for early warning, integrated decision-making, emergency and rescue management techniques, and rapid interception barrier, rapid treatment and disposal and other emergency engineering technology, for the chemical area of major environmental pollution incident prevention and emergency nature environmental pollution accident treatment and disposal to provide system solutions, has become the current urgent need. Through the research projects in the demonstration area of the country along the Yangtze River Chemical Industrial Park in a major pollution incident emergency response system will have an important guiding role, and a wide range of social significance.
