From the reform and opening policy,the construction project scopes make great progress.Urumchi is an important city in the northwest of China,its construction project scopes also gain quiet great progress and improvement,but the safety problem in its construction project scopes is serious and there exist the safety risk.Because the work at high place and the cross-work are too much in the construction project scopes; the environment in Urumchi is too bad,such as the climate and the nature location; the cognition about the safety risk and the magnitude of risk is not plenitude,and the reasonable countermeasures to the safety risk management are lack.The reasons above all have great bad effects on the development of Urumchi construction project scopes,especially lack of reasonable countermeasures to the safety risk management.Under the background,the paper analyzes the research actuality of risk management and safety management in domestic and abroad,and considers that it is necessary to study on the safety risk management about Urumchi construction project scopes combined the actuality of its safety risk management.Based on the risk management and safety management theory,the paper contrasts and analyzes the evaluation methods of the safety risk management,and takes the safety risk management characteristics of Urumchi construction project scopes into consideration, and finally chooses the AHP to evaluate the safety risk management characteristics of Urumchi construction project scopes.Through the analysis about the safety risk factors of Urumchi construction project scopes and the principles to build factor system,the paper builds the evaluation factor system of the safety risk management of Urumchi construction project scopes based on the AHP theory.The paper choose the real residence project "South Lake Imagination" as the demonstration object to carry through demonstration research,and get the severe risk factors that should be paid attention to about the residence project.Finally,through theoretically and demonstration analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to the safety risk management of Urumchi construction project scopes from six aspects,and hope these advices can help to enhance the safety risk management level of Urumchi construction project scopes and reduce the happens of the safety accident in the Urumchi construction project scopes.
