| As a core factor of production, the reorganization and optimization of the labor force is a powerful starting point for resolving my country’s "three rural problems",and it is very important for promoting the high-quality development of my country’s new urbanization,large-scale agriculture, and modernization. However,at present, the growth rate of labor transfer in our country continues to decline, and it shows the characteristics of "hearts at both ends".The stability of labor transfer is relatively poor, which seriously affects the level of labor transfer.Through the reform of rural land system,my country has solved the problem of land system restricting the transfer of rural labor force. The transfer of agricultural land is an important measure in the reform of the rural land system, and land share cooperation is an innovative model for the transfer of agricultural land, which is more efficient than other transfer models. The current research on labor transfer stays at the level of agricultural land transfer, and does not fully realize the difference in the effects of labor transfer in different transfer modes.Based on the land share cooperation model, the research on its impact on the transfer of rural labor is less, and the “self-selection” of farmers and the heterogeneity of the effect are ignored in the selection of specific research methods, and the estimated results are often biased. In addition,in the specific impact mechanism research, the specific effect degree of each impact path is not quantified. Therefore, this article draws on the relevant research methods of agricultural land transfer to promote labor transfer, considers the “self-selection” of farmers and the heterogeneity of the effect, and uses the ESR model to obtain a consistent estimate of the overall impact of land share cooperation on the transfer of rural labor.,And through theoretical analysis to clarify the extent of the role played by the impact mechanism of land share cooperation to promote labor transfer, and verify it through the intermediary effect model,so as to improve the land share cooperation system and promote the optimization of labor resource allocation. This paper first defines relevant terms and concepts through studying and combing existing research.Secondly,it analyzes the basic logic of land share cooperation to promote labor transfer by using new economic migration theory, production factor substitution theory, cognitive behavior theory, and farmer behavior theory.Analyze the extent of the role played by the various influence paths of land share cooperation in promoting labor transfer, and put forward corresponding research hypotheses. Finally, based on the survey data of farmers in Anhui Province, and on the basis of comparative research methods, the ESR model is used to obtain a consistent estimate of the labor transfer of Joint Land Cooperatives, and a comparative analysis of the estimated results is carried out;the intermediary effect model is uesed to test the effect of each influence path of land share cooperation to promote labor transfer. This study has the following conclusions: First, after controlling the heterogeneity of farmers’ self-selection and effect,land-share cooperation still significantly improves the degree of labor transfer of farmers’ families.Second, land share cooperation mainly promotes the transfer of rural labor force by reducing the path of farmers’ agricultural production time.Third, land share cooperation has a weaker effect on the transfer of rural labor force through the income path of rural households.Fourth, the role of Joint Land Cooperatives in promoting the transfer of rural labor force through the security of farmland property rights is not significant. Finally, the thesis puts forward the following suggestions to improve the arrangement of the Joint Land Cooperatives system to achieve better labor transfer effects: First, enhance the labor release capacity of Joint Land Cooperatives and reduce the agricultural labor time of non-agricultural exclusive farmers.Second, strengthen the income-promoting effect of Joint Land Cooperatives and increase the family income of farmers.Third, strengthen the publicity and implementation of the farmland system to stabilize farmers’ awareness of farmland safety.Fourth, improve the employment quality of rural labor force and enhance competitiveness.Fifth, promote Joint Land Cooperatives in accordance with local conditions and promote farmers’ participation. |
