Development as an important area of urbanization,industrialization, and the land is to enhance the ability of macro-contro, building an important part of a resource-saving society. How to Promote Development of inefficient land use potential,improve land management zone,the establishment of conservation land intensive use of long-term mechanism,rational development zone expansion area upgrade programs are real needs of land management.Articles in the evaluation of intensive land use theoretical research,collect relevant text and numeric data,based on the Hongshan District of Wuhan City Development Zone,the first zone of the land use status were analyzed for geographical zone, natural conditions, development process and planning were analyzed. Second, the use of research-based data obtained, according to the theory of sustainable developmen, land economics theory and Hubei Provincial Department issued under intensive land use evaluation procedures documen,index system,Economic Development Zone,Wuhan Hongshan intensive land use evaluation, presented in line the actual land intensive use of standards in this area again, and size distribution of all kinds of potential for economic development zone in Wuhan Hongshan analyze and study ways to explore the potential and possibilities, and to realize the potential of the proposed safeguards.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.Study reached the following conclusions:Intensity comprehensive scores of the study area is 93.80%, higher overall Intensity;present situation and the ideal value of industrial fixed assets investment and industrial output intensity of a certain gap, can further expand room for improvemen;study area land area of 8.78 hectares still supply expansion greater potential;still land supply of 2.32 years,the number of years can still supply mining warehousing space of 0.34 years.Development of existing land use intensity is high, Development urgent expansion area, the demand for new land resources to meet the changing needs of the growing zone.For the above conclusions, the following countermeasures and suggestions:should be a reasonable adjustment of land, to promote intensive land use; revitalize the industrial park stock resources, a number of underutilized land, plant using resource integration; breakthrough landless investment bottlenecks, optimize industrial Park industrial structure; scientifically determine the investment threshold to solve planning constraints from the source; zone in accordance with a special fund to support the development of industrial policy, enhance independent innovation capability.
