Study On Tapping Potential Of Land Intensive Use About Hubei Provincial Development Zone

With the accelerated process of urbanization and industrialization, the conflict between social economic development and scarce resoures, especially for the land resoureces, has appeared. As the key zone of urban development and utilization of land resource, the development zone plays a significant role in promoting the regional econmics development. But there are still so many problems about the land utilization. It has a particular theoretical and pragmatic meaning to make the way of the development zone land use from "extension expansion" to "potential tapping" and set up a complete evaluation system of land consolidation.Basis on the Social Science Fund "Urban land use intensification potential analysis and policy choice"(Fund Number:09BZZ024), this paper takes the provincial development zone of Hubei province as research object, analyzes the land utilization status and the problem of the development zone, and judges about how to exploit potentialities of the intensive land use potential, finally put forward corresponding policy of exploiting potentialities.Paper covers the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction.
