Study On Land Intensive Use Potential Of Yuncheng Economic Development Zone

However，as the focus on the development of regional city development and utilization ofland resources， land use of development zone of land intensive utilization degree is nothigh， heavy investment, light planning size light efficiency，light weight expansion potentialproblems have become the bottleneck restricting the development zone development， urgentlyneed to solve. How to promote the Development Zone land by way of extension transformationto the connotation， establish the model of land intensive utilization efficiency， to promotethe transformation of social economy development zone has play a decisive role role.This paper takes Yuncheng Economic Development Zone as the research object， throughthe investigation and utilization situation of land， the land intensive use to calculate evaluationand potential， the intensive use of land development area，Yuncheng economic developmentzone level，quantity and scale, have put forward the policy recommendations of intensive landuse potential.In the study, establish the target， is composed of sub goals and targets of three levelsof evaluation index system, the ideal value by Delphi method， Delphi method to determine theindex weight， the land use multi factor comprehensive evaluation model of the developmentzone is evaluated， the evaluation results showed that the intensive use of land comprehensivescore of Yuncheng economic development zone is95.75. In general， the higher level of landintensive utilization of Yuncheng economic development zone. Especially the land useefficiency and land management performance level so as to reflect the intensive use ofland thought. Land intensive use evaluation procedures issued on the basis of the evaluation inaccordance with the Ministry in2008the Development Zone (for Trial Implementation) tothe Development Zone intensive land use potential was calculated， results show that the land inYuncheng Development Zone to expand the potential of66.1300hm2，the structural potential is12.2866hm2，7.3180hm2strength potential， management potential is0， andthe potential for85.7346hm2，accounting for21.38%of the total area of the DevelopmentZone， has a certain potential. The parcel for the unit to use for the categories are potential calculation and clustering analysis based on planning purposes， the potential distributionof land intensive use and potential degree. Points out potential should be extended as thedevelopment area in the intensive use of the main direction， the potential strength should beused as the next key mining object.
