Study On Evaluation Of Intensive Land Use Potential In Development Zone

Under the background of rapid population growth,industrialization,and urbanization,development zones have appeared in various cities.The economic growth of the development zone can drive the economic growth of all levels of govemment.It has become an important area for the development of the local economy.It has played a crucial role in promoting the healthy and rapid development of China's economy.One of the most important supporting factors of economic growth in the development zone is land resources.However,there are still problems such as the incomplete use of land use structure,unsatisfactory economic benefits,and waste of land resources.In order to increase the degree of conservation and intensification of land resources in development zones,reduce the contradiction between land supply and demand,and change the phenomenon of inefficient land use and waste of land resources in development zones,we must implement a new model of efficient and intensive land use,which will improve the Changyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone.The efficient use of land and improvement of the current economic development model in Changyuan County is of value.In this paper,the Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in Henan Province is taken as the research object,based on the research of land intensive use at home and abroad,and based on the conservation of intensive land use as the starting point,the land use status in Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is investigated and analyzed.According to the actual conditions of the development zone,based on the four aspects of land use status,land use efficiency,land management performance of the development zone,and environmental benefit of the development zone,15 indicators were properly selected as evaluation factors,and a new evaluation index system for development zones was newly constructed.In this paper,the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model and the fuzzy evaluation model were used to evaluate the degree of land intensive use in Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in 2017,and the scale of land intensive use potential in the development area was measured.The results show that the comprehensive scores of land intensive use in Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone have reached 84.9 and 81.7 respectively,which are relatively intensive,and there is still room for improvement in land use status in Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.The land use efficiency is not ideal enough.The management performance and environmental quality of the development zone are in good condition.In 2017,the land intensive use potential of Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is mainly concentrated on the potential for expansion and strength.Based on the results of the calculations,this paper makes conclusions for the Changyuan Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone that are in line with the actual situation,and gives countermeasures and suggestions.
