Electronic Procurement Platform Planning And Solutions Of Large Phosphorous-chemical Manufacturing Based On ERP System

As an example of one of the top large phosphorus-chemical enterprise, in order to explore the planning and solutions of e-procurement system based on the ERP management. The e-procurement system has been constructed early, and has achieved some results. However, it didn’t implement the function of bidding management, supplier management, the scope of centralized procurement and corporate collaborative commerce application, and the system is not stable. It contributed to upgrade the new system. After the upgrade, it will improve the level of enterprise electronic transparent procurement management, realize the seamless integration with ERP system, improve the efficiency of procurement, drive supplier resources globalization, reach the upgrade of internal and external supply chain system. Based on the secondary development direction of ERP system, the upgraded system improves the familiarization and understanding of the secondary development platform. The upgraded system is expected to satisfy the requirement of enterprise resource planning management, using the lasted internet technologies. Moreover, the upgraded system is expected to support information platform of e-commerce operation to meet the requirements of industrial control. Becoming a flexible system grownup with the enterprise, and satisfying the future management demand is also expected.Through the analysis about the present situation of enterprise, construction goal, architecture design and the business processes realize e-procurement system planning. At the same time, design the e-procurement system function, including the direction management, supplier management, procurement, sourcing, executive management, VMI management and supplier portal management, etc., after the complete function design, achieve the goal of construction of implementation. Finally, through the illustrations to show the function of directory management, supplier management, procurement management, VMI management and supplier portal management, demonstrate the operability of the system.This paper is suitable for large phosphorus-chemical enterprise that researching planning and solutions based on ERP system. After deeply analysis of the early e-procurement model, this paper prefect the e-procurement design. Contributions for enterprise are building an unified information-based procurement and management platform, achieving seamless integration with ERP system and e-procurement, promoting the integration of online, integration of the logistics purchasing management, cash flow and information, improving the efficiency of decision making. Through bidding, sharply reducing the purchasing cost, realizing the online collaboration between supplies and agents, forming open suppliers’ resources platform, this paper answered in the current competitive market and provided a successful electronic procurement platform and collaborative commerce construction case.
